The Lodge at Millstone Hill is Central Vermont's newest and most unforgettable setting for your unforgettable day. To give you an idea of the range of prices available at Millstone Hill, we have put together several packages for weddings, ranging from 20-150 guests. These are only estimates of possible packages. We pride in offering packages for every taste and at every price point. We would like to work with you in putting together a wedding package to satisfy your particular needs. The first step is to visit The Lodge and see the many choices you have for indoor and outdoor settings. No matter how large or small your wedding plans are be sure to check out The Lodge at Millstone Hill, and be one of the first in Central Vermont to hold a wedding in what is sure to become the areas premier wedding venue.

Package #1: Weekend Rental

Rent the lodge for the weekend: $995.00
*Use as the base for your wedding
*Sleeps 10-12 people for 2 nights |
*Possible location for rehearsal dinner
*For less than 25 people no extra facility fees for onsite wedding

The total estimated budget for the Weekend Rental Package - $995.00. We would be happy to work with you in putting together a rehearsal dinner at the lodge. Call us for details.

Package #2: Indoor Wedding (25-50 people)

*Use of facility for wedding $500.00
*Parking *Access to the gardens
*Use of the adjoining events building
*Help with planning

Extra Costs:
*Use of Kitchen $100.00
*Rental of tables, dishes, silverware etc $5.00-$6.00 per person
*Catering $25.00 - $50.00 per person

The total estimated budget for the Indoor Wedding Package for 50 people - $2,200 - $3,400.

**If this is part of the weekend rental - Package #1, we will deduct $200.00 from facility fees.

Package #3: Outdoor Wedding (75-100 people)

*Use of facility for wedding $750.00

Includes:

*Use of common area
*Parking
*Access to the gardens
*Use of the adjoining events building
*Help with planning

Extra Costs:
*Use of Kitchen $150.00
*Rental of tables, dishes, silverware etc $5.00 - $6.00 per person
*Catering $25.00 - $50.00 per person
*Rental of tents (if needed)
*Rental of portable toilets

The total estimated budget for the Outdoor Wedding Package for 100 people - $5,000 - $7,500.

**If this is part of the weekend rental - Package #1, we will deduct $200.00 from facility fees.

Package #4: Outdoor Wedding (100+ people)

*Use of facility for wedding $950.00

Includes:
*Use of common area
*Parking
*Access to the gardens & property
*Use of the adjoining events building
*Help with planning

Extra Costs:
*Use of Kitchen $200.00
*Rental of tables, dishes, silverware etc
*Catering, music etc
*Rental of tents (required)
*Rental of portable toilets (required)

The total estimated budget for the Outdoor Wedding Package for 150 people - $7,500 - $12,000.

**If this is part of the weekend rental - Package #1, we will deduct $200.00 from facility fees.
