The Lodge at Millstone Hill

The Lodge is one of three vintage barns located on Millstone Hill’s 400 acres of unique historic quarry lands. Originally built in the mid 1880’s in Warren, Vermont, it was dismantled and moved to its present location in 1980 and converted into a home with all modern conveniences.

Now transformed into a five bedroom lodge, the hilltop location offers stunning views of open farmland and the entire northern half of the Green Mountain range, extending all the way to Jay Peak on the Canadian border, almost 80 miles away. An extensive network of private trails leads out in every direction.

Once inside, the original exposed beams and soaring 30-foot ceiling remind one of the rustic lodges of days gone by. All the rooms are furnished with antiques and each has its own distinct character. The Lodge has the grandeur of a traditional “Adirondack” style lodge yet retains the intimacy of a private home. Rates include a full sit-down breakfast.

The Lodge is an ideal location for family reunions and group getaways. Special rates are available when renting the entire Lodge, which can accommodate up to 12 people. When combined with the 4 bedroom Farmhouse located next door, the 3 bedroom Cottage, the adjoining Studio and the Loft, up to 36 guests can be accommodated at Millstone Hill.
