The Artist Studio is our latest housing addition. It was designed to offer something for guests with limited mobility. It is located on the ground level of our Celebration Barn, with kitchen, small living room area, double bedroom and attractive bathroom. The sofa opens up to a double bed, for occupancy of up to 4. The space is decorated with locally painted artwork, and its most unique feature is the 200 year old stone wall that runs along the entire back of the unit.
Continental breakfast is not included.
A 2-night minimum stay is required.
This is a pet-friendly room, for an additional fee of $30 per night. Dogs on premises must be kept on leash at all times. Dogs cannot be left in room when guests are not present. Please bring your dog’s bed or appropriate bedding with you to prevent the dog from lying directly on our bedding. If the room or bed is covered in dog hair when vacated, an additional cleaning charge will be required.
The Cottage has an open floor plan with full kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed, and another with the option of either two twin beds or a king. Pet friendly.

Millstone Hill offers primitive campsites with direct access to the MTA trail network. Located behind The Lodge, our campsites are natural and quiet, with some nestled in Millstone Hill’s unique rock piles, others situated to take advantage of our expansive mountain views. Please note there are no water or electric hookups.
All campsites are furnished with a granite fire pit and picnic table. You can drive up to every campsite and park next to it. Temporary toilet facilities are available adjacent to the campsites with outdoor shower facilities a few hundred feet above the campsites at The Lodge. When private parties or weddings are being held at the Lodge, access to the Lodge facilities may be restricted. Please cooperate. For the most part, campsites are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Rent the Lodge building for a family reunion, wedding, small corporate overnight, or family-stay for a local event. It sleeps up to 12 with pull-out couch on the third floor. Includes use of five bedrooms: Ira Harrington Room, Jennifer Crawford Room, Richard Flagg Abbott Room, Alexander Milne Room, and William Barclay Room as well as the common areas, dining room and kitchen.
Beds include: four queens and a king.
For a small additional fee the Banquet Room and Caterer’s Kitchen on the first floor can be rented for a unique stay where guests don’t have to drive anywhere! This property is a walking distance to the Farmhouse and Celebration Barn.
Rental of entire Lodge does not include Continental Breakfast.
Rent the entire Farmhouse for 8-10 people. Four bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed option. Includes the use of Nana’s Room, Guest Room, Frankie’s Room and Pierre’s Room, as well as the common rooms and kitchen area. A great option for a reunion or an entire family to stay during a local event. This property is just feet away from our Celebration Barn.
